01Email contact

For enquiries, use info@msintez.com. The website has no contact form. When you email us, we process your email address and the information you voluntarily include in your message to review and answer your enquiry.

The email link opens your email application. The website does not submit enquiries to Google Forms or store their contents in a contact-form database. Correspondence is handled in our business mailbox through Google Workspace. Please do not send sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

02Personal information we collect

To deliver and protect the website, our hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, time, browser and requested address. This website has no account registration or online payments. Optional visitor analytics is described separately below.

03Why do we process your data?

We process technical data to operate and secure the website, information supplied by email to answer enquiries, and, only with your consent, usage data through Google Analytics to improve the website.

You can browse the website without registration or providing contact details. If you choose to email us, you provide only the information you include in your message.

Sending an email does not subscribe you to newsletters or marketing messages. For questions about data handling, contact info@msintez.com.

04Optional analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits only after you choose Accept analytics. Before a choice or after declining, the website does not load Google Analytics. Declining does not restrict access to the website or its tools.

With consent, Google processes data such as pages visited, visit times, browser and device information, and analytics cookie identifiers. Our page-view code removes URL parameters and fragments and supplies only the referring website origin. We do not add calculator, brief, offer or roadmap field values to analytics events. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in the website code.

We remember your choice in browser local storage for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* are configured to expire after up to 180 days; your browser may delete them sooner. Retention of data within Google Analytics is managed separately in the service settings.

You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer of any page by choosing Decline analytics. This stops future analytics in that browser and removes analytics cookies accessible to the website; it does not automatically erase previously processed data. 10Calculator and project brief generator

The plot calculator, brief generator, design-fee estimator and project roadmap process your entries in your browser. The draft is temporarily kept in the current tab using sessionStorage so it remains available after reloads or language changes. These tools do not submit your entries to M-Sintez or use tracking services. Downloading and printing take place at your request. If you email the document to info@msintez.com, it is received and processed as your enquiry.
